The Social Principles Implementation Ministries team will train who will visit congregations to discuss Social Principles; the Wesley Quadrilateral; Compassionate Communication and Dialog Skills. Participants will learn how to encourage understanding and implementation of these foundational United Methodist spiritual principles. To become deputized to register voters, and help get low-income persons registered in the Houston area: Participate in a non-partisan, interfaith voter registration drive. Once deputized, you may register voters in your own congregation. Remember, if you recently moved, then you may not be registered to vote. Voters must be registered at their current address.
