FROM ALL OF US TO ALL OF YOU ON THIS ST. PATRICK'S DAY -

AN IRISH PRAYER:

May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.

FROM Committee on Native American Ministry [CONAM]~
Your offering on Native American Ministries Sunday, the third Sunday of
Easter or any Sunday you choose for your congregation, nurtures mission
with Native Americans and provides scholarships for United Methodist
Native American seminarians. Please give generously. Your gift makes a
world of difference! Our goal is to increase ten-fold the number of
churches contributing in 2005 from 65 to 650.
CONAM seeks to use your sacrificial gifts to assist Native Americans
in the task of reclaiming and reaffirming their spiritual heritage,
bringing the circle into balance. Our other immediate goal is to help
United Methodists of The Texas Conference have a greater understanding of
issues relating to Native peoples.
