FROM Palestine District:
Rev. Sara Barbaree, Chaplain at Lon Morris College & Pastor of
Dialville UMC, is having an arthroscopic procedure tomorrow. The purpose is to
take a look around inside the joint and perhaps correct some of the
damage. Hopefully, cleaning out the back of my kneecap will relieve some
of the symptoms she has been having. Please be in prayer that it will
help!!

Please be in prayer for Joan Barger and family. Joan is our PPR Chair
and her great niece, 19 years old Nickie, was murdered in Farmington
New Mexico Sunday 1-15, stabbed to death in her home. Her three month old
baby was in the home and left alone for over four hours until she was
discovered. Baby is okay. Joan is traveling to Virginia for the funeral
Saturday.

sexual harassment/misconduct. Most of you have fulfilled that requirement

"Can You Hear Me Now?" is St. Paul's School's 13th annual relationship
seminar, presented by Dr. Sherry Beeman and Rev. Dr. Bill Kerley,
therapists who also are married to each other.
This seminar, based on the concept that the single most important
skill in any intimate relationship is learning to speak and to listen to
each other, offers sound advice on creating and maintaining a happy,
harmonious marriage.
At 7 p.m. Thursday, January 19, the seminar is free and childcare is
