Jack Meyers, served at Melrose/Simpson Campground, is having tests for health problems.



Rev. Polly Standing's family (Jefferson First Circuit) Jennifer, Rev. Standing's 21 yr. old daughter, was diagnosed with MS last week. Doctors want to run tests on twin sister, Kimberly and Rev. Standing to find out if they may have symptoms.

Rev. Bob Waldman, Bascom UMC, Tyler, is in the hospital with an undiagnosed illness. More tests were run Tuesday, September 26.

Gordon Gnipp, Certified Lay Speaker & past treasurer of the TAC, UMM, was involved in a motorcycle accident Sunday, September 24 returning from the Wendish Festival as a volunteer. Rev. Lewis Risinger, retired minister, has been admitted to Herman Memorial Hospital , Rm. 2N38, Memorial City .

Carrie Shockley & unborn twins, member at First UMC, Lufkin is currently at Schumpert Hospital , Shreveport where they are trying to stop her labor contractions. The babies are at 29 weeks, and every day they delay means 3-5 fewer days in the neonatal ICU. The church is setting up a prayer pager for them for those who'd like to participate.

Nick Sholars’ aunt, Voncille Howard, had surgery Tuesday, September 19, ETMC, Tyler .

Jessie Steele, Rev. Jimmy L. Steele’s grandaughter, Trinidad UMC. She had surgery Wednesday, September 19 to correct a birth defect. She is 1and a 1/2 years old.
